NORDLAND, WA

                        Located on MARROWSTONE ISLAND

Nordland Garden Club is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting an interest in gardening and associated subjects such as landscaping, horticulture, flower design, conservation, community service and community beautification. We are a member of National Garden Clubs Inc., Pacific Region, Washington State Federation of Garden Clubs, Peninsula District. We meet on the second Wednesday of every month at 10 am, September to June with an exception for our Christmas party in December.

Nordland Garden Club is located at the end of Garden Club Road on beautiful Marrowstone Island, in Puget Sound. The club was formed in 1937 by a group of twenty Island ladies for the purpose of gardening, community service and community beautification. We have owned our own club house and grounds since 1953. The club house is used as a meeting place for MICA (Marrowstone Island Community Association) and many other island activities such as precinct meetings, candidate forums, community interest meetings, memorial services, wedding receptions etc.

We invite Island ladies of any age who are interested in our club to attend one of our monthly meetings followed by lunch and a program. An invitation will be yours by contacting the current contact number listed in the monthly meeting announcements of the club in the Marrowstone Briefs of the Port Townsend Leader, the first Wednesday of the month and in the Peninsula News, the first Sunday of the month
